RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item(s), please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Cost of return freight or postal charges back to Miners Gear are the purchaser's responsibility.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories and labels.
To complete your refund or exchange, please contact us sales@minersgear.com requesting a return or exchange. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will send you a returns number (RN) with instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
